Shipping

  • How long will it take to get my order?

We do ship worldwide! It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries usually take anywhere from 7-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • How do I track my package?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Exchange & Return

  • Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. 

  • How long does the return process take?

Orders may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery for refund, store credit or exchange. When returning items please include proof of purchase. Returns will be processed within 10 days.

  • How long do I have to wait before using my hand?

You can be up and about as soon as they're on! Just make sure you stay away from water, lotion, and oils for a few hours after application.

  • How long do I press after I apply on false nails?

Just press tight for 5-10 seconds.

  • What does "10-free, Cruelty-free, and Vegan" mean?

Our products are Cruelty-free  in which we don't test any our nail products on animals. We only test on our own fingernails! We're also Leaping Bunny Program certified & you can find us on their website.
Our products are also Vegan in which our nail products don't contain any animal ingredients or animal derived ingredients. 

  • Do you offer two kinds of false nails? Mass produced press on nails and hand made press on nails?

Yes. At Sparkposh we offer two types of press-on nails: mass-produced nails made in our factory, and hand-made nails made in our studios. Each type has its own unique advantages.

Our mass-produced nails are perfect for those who want a high-quality, affordable option that is also quick and easy to apply. These nails are made with the same high-quality materials as our hand-made nails, but are produced on a samll quantity and more complicated skills to keep costs low. They are available in a wide range of styles and colors, making it easy to find the perfect set for any occasion. Our hand-made nails are perfect for those who want a truly unique and personalized set of nails. 

No matter which type of press-on nails you choose, we take pride in creating beautiful and high-quality nails that are perfect for any occasion.
